About Eagle Hills
Eagle Hills is a privately held real estate investment and development company based in Abu Dhabi, founded by Mohamed Alabbar. It develops large mixed-use and waterfront master plans, often paired with hotels and malls, across the UAE and emerging markets in Europe, Africa and Asia. In Abu Dhabi its current projects include Ramhan Island and the Bvlgari Resort & Mansions.

Founded by Mohamed Alabbar
Eagle Hills was set up by Emirati businessman Mohamed Alabbar, who also founded Emaar Properties; the two are separate companies.
Ramhan Island
A private island master plan in Abu Dhabi between Saadiyat and Yas islands, planned around standalone villas, a marina and a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
Bvlgari Resort & Mansions
Announced in 2025 with Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts for an island near the Abu Dhabi Corniche, with a planned opening in 2030.
